At GiftsLo, every product is specially customised just for you, which makes it unique and personal. We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, in rare cases, if something goes wrong, our return and refund policy below will apply.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
We offer return or refund only in the following cases:

The product is damaged during transit, or

The product has missing items or parts
Important: Opening video of the package is mandatory to be eligible for any return or refund.
Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
To process your request, you must provide a clear, unedited opening video that meets the following conditions:

The video must start before opening the package

The shipping label should be clearly visible

The entire unboxing process should be recorded in one continuous video

Damage or missing item should be clearly visible in the video
Claims without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Since our products are customised and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect details shared by the customer (name, photo, date, text, etc.)

Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences

Delays caused by courier partners
How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:
