Customers must carefully review and confirm all customisation details before placing an order

Estimated delivery times are shared for reference only
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors are beyond our control
GiftsLo is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched

Returns or refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged or items are missing
A mandatory opening video is required to raise any claim
Claims without an opening video will be rejected
No returns or refunds for customised products unless eligibility conditions are met
